Veronafiere S.p.A. is the parent company of the Group, which includes Veronafiere Servizi, Veronafiere do Brasil, and Veronafiere Asia Ltd. It also fully owns Eurotend S.p.A. (100%), a company specialized in the rental, sale, and installation of tensile structures.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Verona Exhibition Centre is one of the leading international trade fair players, active since 1898 in organizing exhibitions, congresses, and events. With 45 events held in 2024 both at its Verona venue and abroad in five countries, it stands as a strategic promotion hub for sectors such as wine, agriculture, natural stone, construction machinery, the equestrian world, and biomass heating technologies.<\/p>\n

A leader in directly organized events, Veronafiere generates 90% of its revenue from proprietary exhibitions such as Vinitaly, Fieragricola, Marmomac, Samoter, Fieracavalli<\/strong>, and Progetto Fuoco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Veronafiere Servizi S.p.A. is the Veronafiere Group company responsible for the design and construction of customized trade fair stands and installations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Established in 1979, the company specializes in setups for exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, special events, signage and visual communication, multi-vision systems, and the integrated design and production of graphic and advertising photography.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its extensive experience, Veronafiere Servizi S.p.A. is able to deliver high-quality setups and advertising solutions at highly competitive costs, using cutting-edge materials and technologies.<\/p>\n

Since 2019, it has fully owned Int.Ex S.p.A. (100%)<\/strong>, a company specializing in trade fair and event setups, with branches in the United States (Int.USA 100%<\/strong>).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Veronafiere do Brasil is the subsidiary of the Veronafiere Group founded in 2012 to operate on the South American market. It owns 60% of the shares of Milanez&Milaneze, the Brazilian company that manages the country’s two main marble and granite trade shows – Vit\u00f3ria Stone Fair and Cachoeiro Stone Fair – as well as Mec Show, an exhibition on engineering, automation and energy, and Wine South America, an international wine exhibition.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Veronafiere Asia Ltd is the Chinese holding company of the Veronafiere Group. It holds 51% of the shares in Shenzhen Baina International Exhibitions. This newco was founded in 2019 in partnership with Pacco Cultural Communication Group. It organizes b2b trade fairs and events in China that target the Asian market. Since 2020, Veronafiere Asia Ltd. has organized the Wine To Asia exhibition in the Shenzhen Exhibition Centre specifically for operators in the wine sector.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \n <\/div>\n\n \n
